Modular Immersive Training System

Walk the real site,
before the real risk.

Real spaces, digitally rebuilt. VR HMD, 3DGS and an omnidirectional treadmill form one freely-combinable modular system — letting workers walk, on their own feet, through a photoreal digital twin of a real site.

The Problem
Watching videos and passing quizzes is not the same as knowing how to react. High-risk scenarios can't be rehearsed for real — and a worker's first encounter with danger is often on the actual site.

Traditional safety training stops at "watch" and "listen", with no body memory — accidents happen in the gap between knowing and doing.

Construction site incident
Behind every incident is a high-risk scenario that was never rehearsed in a safe environment.
One Rig, Three Modules

3-in-1: one real system, each part with its role

Each module sold separately · freely combined · together they form the most complete free-roam drill.

The moment a worker steps on, all three modules are already at work.

XR Nexus Fire Evacuation Training System

Walk on your feet, not with a controller — so emergency response becomes body memory.

3DGSOmnidirectional TreadmillVRFire Evacuation

Walk a real escape — on your own feet.

A handheld scanner captures a real building into a 1:1 digital twin in a single pass. Trainees wear a VR headset and walk the smoke-filled evacuation route on their own feet — locating the fire, choosing the right extinguisher, finding the way out, helping others — all zero-risk, repeatable and standardised.

3DGS + VR
3DGS + VR

Inspect the real site, from anywhere

How it's used

A safety manager puts on VR HMD and stands inside a 1:1 3DGS scan of the actual site — reviewing the environment, walking the route by gaze and briefing the team. No treadmill, no real height.

What you learn

Spot site-specific hazards before work begins, rehearse the safety briefing, and plan access and sequencing — all from the office.

3DGS + CAVE + Treadmill
3DGS + CAVE + Treadmill

Walk the scan, no HMD

How it's used

The real scanned site is projected across a CAVE while a worker walks through it on foot — trainers and peers observing, HMD-free.

What you learn

Build spatial awareness and muscle memory by physically walking the real layout; train groups together and run long sessions without eye fatigue.

VR + Treadmill
VR + Treadmill

Free-roam any scenario, on foot

How it's used

Put on VR HMD and walk through a designed standard scenario on your own feet — fire, confined space — turning, stopping and evacuating naturally.

What you learn

Practise emergency procedures and locomotion until they're second nature — standardised, repeatable and zero-risk.

How It Works
01
SCAN
3D GAUSSIAN SPLATTING

Digitise a real site, building or factory 1:1 into a photoreal digital twin — no remodelling, no loss of detail.

02
WALK
XR TREADMILL

Replace controllers with your own feet to walk into the scene — turn, stop, change pace. The body is the interface.

03
TRAIN
REAL SCENARIOS

Run 1:1 safety drills with real scenes and walking input, building spatial awareness and muscle memory. Zero risk in training, zero accidents in the field.

Construction Height Safety
Construction · Height

Construction Height Safety

How it works

Trainees stand inside a 1:1 simulation of a high-rise edge — clipping on their harness, walking scaffolding and gondolas, and rehearsing fall-prevention. The system tracks their movements and flags unsafe actions, building tolerance to height and the muscle memory to move safely.

Confined-Space Entry
Confined Space

Confined-Space Entry

How it works

Workers practise entering a simulated tunnel, manhole or tank — checking gas readings, following the correct entry procedure and responding to a simulated emergency. The enclosed environment reproduces the tight movement and disorientation of a real confined space, safely and repeatably.

Crane & Heavy Equipment
Equipment

Crane & Heavy Equipment

How it works

Operators sit at a virtual crane or excavator console and run procedural workflows — lifts, signals and load limits — while the system injects malfunctions such as a swinging load, so they practise the correct response without risking a real machine or site.

Property Security Patrol
Property · Security

Property Security Patrol

How it works

Guards walk a 1:1 scan of the actual building floors, learning patrol routes, checking access points and handling simulated intrusions or emergencies — repeated until the route and the responses become second nature.

Fire Evacuation Drill
Fire · Evacuation

Fire Evacuation Drill

How it works

Trainees walk smoke-filled evacuation routes under simulated pressure — finding exits, avoiding hazards and assisting others. Walking the route physically turns emergency procedure into muscle memory that holds up on the day.

School STEM Immersion
Education · STEM

School STEM Immersion

How it works

Students walk into historical scenes, science labs or space environments captured or built in XR — exploring and interacting first-hand, far beyond what a textbook or a screen can offer.

Five Advantages

Why it's next-generation training

01
Step Into the Real World, Not a Simulation3DGS rebuilds the actual worksite as a 1:1 digital twin — you train inside reality itself, truly connected to the real site.
02
Multi-Option InterfaceRun it on a desktop screen, VR HMD, iPad/iPhone, CAVE, or a motion-sensor TV — every interface works.
03
Photoreal Scene DetailFor patrol-type training, trainees deeply learn the exact route they'll walk in reality — building lasting memory of every spatial detail.
04
Group Observation in Real TimeTrainers coach live; onlookers learn together.
05
Muscle Memory, Higher RetentionPhysical movement makes training stick.
FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to buy all three modules?+
No. Each module works independently and combines freely — start with VR HMD and add 3DGS or the treadmill later, deploying in phases to suit your budget and needs.
How long does a 3DGS scan take? Does it disrupt our site?+
A single walk-through with the XGRIDS handheld scanner captures the data — no downtime or structural change. The data is processed on VTM's cloud into a photoreal digital twin, ready for XR.
Can the treadmill integrate with our existing CAVE room?+
Yes — it installs into an existing CAVE projection space with no structural change, and it runs with or without a head-mounted display. Footprint, floor loading, user limits and throughput are covered on the omnidirectional treadmill page.
Which industries or scenarios is it for?+
Construction height safety, property security patrol, fire evacuation, school STEM immersion and other high-risk or spatial-awareness training — all rehearsed risk-free.
