Founded in 2016, VTM Digital Limited is a Hong Kong–based company at the forefront of XR training innovation. The company is led by two industry pioneers:

Chief Executive Officer
Founder of the Hong Kong Extended Reality Association, representing a network of over 125 members.
The Executive Committee includes leaders from Microsoft, HKT, Cyberport, and other major organizations.
Mr. Victor Dao, MH
Chief Technology Officer
Founder of the Hong Kong Digital Entertainment Association, with over 30 years of professional experience in digital entertainment and XR development.
Victor is the co‑founder of VTM Digital Limited and founder of Meridian Digital Entertainment Limited.
